What is Amaïs' World?
Amaïs' World is a vibrant space that celebrates neurodivergent children through storytelling, creativity, and connection. We create animated content, books, and apparel designed to reflect and uplift children with autism and their families.
Can you diagnose my child?
No, we cannot provide any diagnosis. Only a licensed medical or developmental professional can diagnose autism. If you have concerns, speak with your pediatrician or a developmental specialist for an evaluation.
What should I do after my child is diagnosed?
Professionals may recommend services such as:
- Speech therapy
- Developmental pediatrician or psychiatric evaluations
- Occupational therapy
- ABA therapy
- Hearing or vision screenings

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Are your products made to order?
Yes! All Amaïs’ World products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and create thoughtful, personalized items just for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?

What if I send a return without contacting you first?
